Services

I work with children, teens, and families navigating a wide range of challenges — from anxiety and attention difficulties to learning differences, sleep issues, identity questions, and emotional regulation. Every situation is different, but the goal is the same: to help young people feel understood, safe, and capable of moving forward.

At Pallas Psychology, fees reflect the time, care, and preparation involved in supporting each individual or family. All sessions are tailored to your needs, and you’ll always receive a clear plan before we begin.

Individual Sessions

  • Initial assessment (80 minutes): $330
This first session is designed to understand what’s happening for you and your family, and to begin shaping a path forward together.

  • Standard follow-up (50 minutes): $200

  • Short session (25 minutes): $100
Shorter sessions are often helpful for younger children, or as brief check-ins or top-ups when needed.
